We want you to be happy with your purchase or booking. This policy explains when refunds are available, how to return items, and what to expect if plans change.
1. Physical Goods
- You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund, provided the item is returned in its original condition and packaging.
- Email sarah@seymourartandmusic.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We’ll confirm the return address and next steps.
- Unless the item is faulty, you’ll be responsible for return postage.
- Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
2. Made-to-Order & Personalised Items
These can’t be refunded or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or faulty. If there’s a problem, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can put it right.
3. Digital Downloads
Digital files are non-refundable once the download link has been sent, unless there’s a technical fault we can’t resolve.
4. Commissions
- Deposits for commissioned work are non-refundable.
- If you cancel after work has begun, we may invoice for the portion completed.
- If we can’t complete the work for any reason, you’ll receive a refund for any unfulfilled part of the project.
5. Events, Workshops & Exhibitions
- Cancellations more than 3 before the event: full refund.
- Cancellations within 2 days: no refund, but you may transfer your place to someone else.
- If we cancel or reschedule, you’ll be offered a full refund or a new date.
6. Faulty or Damaged Items
If something arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund, including return postage if needed.
