We’ve kept the language as clear as possible — but these terms are still a legal agreement, so please read them carefully.

1. Using Our Site
- You’re welcome to browse, share, and enjoy our content for personal use.
- Please don’t copy, reproduce, or use our work for commercial purposes without written permission.

2. Our Work & Intellectual Property
- All images, text, and designs are created by or licensed to us and remain our intellectual property.
- Commissioned work remains our copyright unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- You may not alter or resell our work without permission.
3. Distance Selling & Online Orders
- If you buy a product or book a service online, you have rights under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
- For most physical goods, you can cancel within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund (excluding personalised or made-to-order items).
- To cancel, email us at sarah@seymourartandmusic.co.uk with your order details.
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving returned goods in their original condition.
- Digital downloads and custom commissions are non-refundable once work has begun, unless we agree otherwise.
4. Commissions
- We’ll agree the scope, price, and timeline before starting.
- A non-refundable deposit of 10% may be required to secure your booking.
- We’ll keep you updated during the process and welcome feedback at agreed stages.
- Final files or artworks will be delivered once payment is complete.
- If you cancel after work has started, we may invoice for work completed up to that point.
5. Events, Workshops & Exhibitions
- Event bookings are confirmed once payment is received.
- If you need to cancel:
- More than 2 days before the event: full refund.
- Within 1 day: no refund, but you may transfer your place to someone else, or you may reschedule
- If we have to cancel or reschedule, you’ll be offered a full refund or a new date.
6. Prices & Payment
- All prices are shown in Pounds Sterling (£) and may change without notice.
- Payment is due at the time of order unless otherwise agreed.
7. Links to Other Sites
We sometimes link to other websites we think you’ll enjoy. We’re not responsible for their content or policies.
8. Limitation of Liability
We’re not liable for any loss or damage that arises from using our Site or services, except where the law says otherwise. We can’t guarantee the Site will always be available or error-free.
